Thaxter Sharp

Thaxter Sharp has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thaxter is currently the Strategy and Sales Lead at Ponto Footwear since October 2022. Thaxter is also a Founder/Partner at Mondiale Advisory Services, where they have been working since June 2021. Thaxter serves as a Strategic Advisor and Investor at Capria Ventures, starting from April 2022. Thaxter has also been a Strategic Advisor at Himalyan Venture Partners since February 2022.

In addition to their advisory roles, Thaxter has worked as a Snowsports Instructor at Vail Resorts since October 2021, teaching skiing in group and private lessons. Thaxter was a Special Limited Partner at First Bight Ventures starting from November 2021. Thaxter has also held Limited Partner positions at Zetta Venture Partners since April 2017 and Monitor Venture Partners I Annex LP since January 2005.

Thaxter's expertise extends to strategic advising, as they previously served as a Strategic Advisor at Headlands Asset Management, LLC from May 2022 to September 2022, and at TRANSFORM VC from November 2020 to December 2021.

Thaxter Sharp completed their undergraduate education from 1977 to 1981 at Dartmouth College, where they obtained an AB degree in Government with a focus on International Politics. Thaxter further pursued their education at the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration from 1987 to 1989, earning an MBA degree in Finance and Investments.
