Andy Santamaria has a wealth of experience in product management and digital strategy. Andy began their career in 2009 as a Freelance Digital Strategist for CMTY, LLC, where they advised small businesses on developing their brand presences online. Andy then moved on to Thinkers and Makers in 2009 as a Brand Strategist, researching and developing digital strategy for national brands. In 2011, they joined Square as a Partnerships / Small Business Research Lead, where they originated the company's account management function and managed strategic accounts. In 2013, they took on the role of Director of Marketing for Ernest Alexander, a boutique menswear company, where they developed and executed marketing strategy and spearheaded a full website overhaul. In 2014, they became the Director of Brand Partnerships and Operations for mindbodygreen.com, managing a four-person operations team and overseeing all client advertising campaigns. In 2017, they took on the role of Marketing Consultant for Status Money. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Bridgerock Data as an Advisor and Product Lead and Client Development. Most recently, they joined Ponto as a Senior Product Manager in 2022.
Andy Santamaria attended the Institute of Production and Recording from 2006 to 2007, during which time they earned an Associate's degree in Arts and Entertainment Business Management. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, studying Journalism.
