Briana Y. has a diverse work experience starting from 2020 to the present. In 2020, they began working for various startups as a Public Speaker specializing in BizOps & RevOps. ✨ Briana also became a Member & Thought Leader via Content Creation for RevOps Co-op, Wizards of Ops, and RevGenius. In 2021, Briana joined Pavilion as an Executive Member and Sales Enablement Collective as a Member. ✨ Briana also took on the role of advising CSO & RevOps/BizOps Executive at Pause Therapy, where they implemented scalable operations and increased engagement and alignment. In 2022, Briana joined Pontoon Solutions as the VP of Revenue Operations and became a Public Speaker for Black Speakers Collection. Additionally, they were involved in the #HIREBLACK Initiative as a Tech Ops Mastermind and member, participating in their 1st Summit.

Briana Y. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas Woman's University in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a B.B.A. in Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston-Downtown from 2012 to 2014. ✨ Briana also acquired an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Houston Community College between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including those in revenue architecture, advanced RevOps, enterprise GTM, marketing, sales, intro to RevOps, and storytelling for sales. These certifications were obtained from different institutions in 2022.
