Karl Oskar Mattsson

Karl Oskar Mattsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and human resources. Currently serving as Partner and CTO at The Talent Company since May 2019, Karl has also held various leadership roles at Ponty Technology AB since August 2011, including Advisor, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. As a co-founder of HR Sverige since November 2009, Karl aims to provide resources for professionals and students in the HR field. Previous roles include Recruiter & Developer at Safemind, Väktare at Securitas, and Stabsassistent Logistik with the Swedish Armed Forces in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Educational credentials include a BSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Gothenburg.
