Taisong Jing

Taisong Jing is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and data management. Currently serving as Tech Lead Manager and Staff Software Engineer at Pony.ai since August 2020, Taisong Jing focuses on leading a team to develop algorithms for autonomous vehicle performance, particularly in unprotected turns. Prior to this role, Taisong Jing held various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President, where a state-of-the-art framework for consolidating client data in private equity investments was architected. Taisong Jing's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Statistics from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Peking University. Previous teaching roles at Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pennsylvania contributed to a solid foundation in both mathematics and pedagogical skills.
