Allen Crumley

Allen joined The Pool Management Group family in 1994 overseeing operations for Carolina Pool Management and was ultimately tapped as General Manager for one of the North Carolina partner locations. Allen was recruited to The Pool Management Group main office in 2001 as Director of Leadership and Operations. Allen’s extensive pool knowledge helped in the training and development of many Field Support staff and General Managers across the US. Currently Allen serves as operational support for company technology and websites along with consulting on repair and construction projects. Allen is instrumental in the creation and ongoing enhancement of the Online Training modules for the lifeguards, supervisors and pool technicians.
