Benjamin Bütikofer

Benjamin Ball is an accomplished Information Security Engineer at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, with extensive experience in firewall management and optimization. Since March 2017, Benjamin has served in various roles, including Information Security Associate and Computer Support Specialist, where responsibilities have included developing technical documentation, leading trainings, and maintaining print servers. Prior to this, Benjamin worked at Geek Squad as a Desktop Support Technician, contributing to the location's top performance and gaining recognition for leadership in training new hires. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minor in Software Engineering, Benjamin's educational background also includes a High School Diploma from Shades Valley Pre-Engineering Academy.
