Marco Villarreal has over a decade of experience in the customer service and technical fields, currently serving as the Houston Tech Team Lead and Customer Service Supervisor at Poolsure since April 2013, where responsibilities have included overseeing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, Marco worked as a Driver for Railcrew Xpress from February 2012 to 2013, demonstrating reliability during 12-hour shifts while transporting crew members. Marco holds a degree in Chemical Environmental Science with a focus on Chemistry from Texas State Technical College Harlingen.
