Matt Kowalec

Matt Kowalec is an experienced executive with a diverse background in finance and operations. Matt most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of ~Pourri, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cremo Company, where they introduced systems and processes to generate rapid growth and established a strong organization. Matt also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SmartLabs, Inc., where they provided leadership and direction to reorganize and stabilize the business. Additionally, they held various roles including President, CFO, and board member at Uniloc USA, Inc., Enchanted Lighting, and Cosco Industries, where they transformed companies, influenced product development, and drove business growth. Earlier in their career, they served as the COO of American Remanufacturers, Inc. and held executive positions at Boone International, Inc. and Unisys. Matt Kowalec brings a wealth of experience and a track record of successfully leading organizations through periods of growth and transformation.

Matt Kowalec earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Ferris State University from 1981 to 1985. Matt later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Michigan State University from 1986 to 1987.
