Jean-Baptiste Glerant

Jean-baptiste Glerant is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as Responsable Grands Comptes Immobiliers and Chef de secteur Ile-de-France at Popchef since September 2022. Previously, Jean-baptiste held the position of Responsable restauration Grand Public, Joueurs, Élus, Organisation et Medias at Fédération Française de Tennis from November 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes managing the Lounge Bar at AccorHotels Arena with Levy Restaurants, where operational hospitality was established for a venue of 20,000 spectators and team management of up to 50 individuals.
