Marek Kurcz is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as VP R&D Advertising Software at SeaChange Polska since July 2010, Marek oversees the Advertising R&D department, emphasizing end-to-end product delivery and managing diverse teams. Previous roles at SeaChange include Senior System Architect, where high-level design choices were made, and VP of Software Development, focusing on team leadership and problem-solving. Marek began their career as a Software Engineer at Zinwave and Mobica and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Control Systems from Warsaw University of Technology.
