Aisha Lalloo ACG has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aisha initially worked at Camp Fire USA Alaska Council as a Camp Counsellor, where they organized outdoor adventure camps for underprivileged children. Aisha then worked at Moma Foods Ltd as a Stall Supervisor, managing breakfast stalls in different locations.
Aisha then joined White Stuff as a Customer Advisor and later became a Customer Care Supervisor, supervising a team of customer advisors. Aisha also worked at Imperial College London as a University Liaison Officer, managing the university's partnership with the educational charity IntoUniversity. During their time at White Stuff and Imperial College London, they gained experience in team management, marketing, and volunteer coordination.
In 2012, Aisha joined Anthony Nolan as an R&Be Regional Mentor, where they implemented an education program on stem cell, blood, and organ donation. Following this, they worked at The Prince's Trust as a Volunteering Executive, managing a volunteer mentoring program for disadvantaged young people interested in self-employment.
Since 2014, Aisha has been associated with Poplar HARCA. Aisha started as a Scrutiny & Governance Coordinator, supporting the organization's governance structure and managing community consultations. Aisha then became the Head of Corporate Governance & Company Secretary, responsible for the company's governance requirements and company secretarial services. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director of Corporate Governance, leading the delivery of a proactive and effective corporate governance service within the Poplar HARCA Group. Aisha advises the board and senior management on constitutional and governance matters, ensuring robust governance arrangements are in place.

Aisha Lalloo ACG began their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Queen Mary University of London, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. During this time, in 2008 and 2009, they also studied at Hunter College, where they pursued a second Bachelor of Arts degree, also in English. Following this, Aisha attended Birkbeck, University of London in 2011 and 2012, where they obtained a Masters of Laws degree with a focus on Human Rights. Currently, they are enrolled in the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme at The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
