Emmanuel Baidoo

Emmanuel Baidoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and youth advocacy. Currently serving as the Community Outreach Lead at Poplar HARCA since February 2023, Baidoo previously worked as the Health Engagement Project Manager for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, facilitating the COVID-19 vaccine rollout. A prior role as Spotlight Outreach Coordinator at Poplar HARCA included outreach initiatives aimed at supporting youth. Earlier experiences at Docklands Outreach involved training young people in peer education and advocacy for those facing complex needs. Baidoo's educational background includes a GDip in Enhanced Evidence-Based Practices with Children and Young People from the University of Reading, and additional coursework in Parent Training for Conduct Problems from UCL.
