Kim White

Kim White is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and employee management. Since January 2021, Kim has served as the Human Resources Director at Poplar Springs Hospital and has held various roles at Virginia Premier Health Plan, Inc. since August 2013, including Senior Manager of Total Rewards & Talent Acquisition and Corporate Recruiter. Kim has also held the position of Human Resources Director at Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents from August 2018 to December 2020, and previously worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at the same organization from May 2008 to August 2013, overseeing the comprehensive new hire process and managing the Human Resources Department budget. Kim earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University between 1988 and 1991.
