Dr. Hassan Zafarmand

Hassan Zafarmand is a Senior CFD & FEM Simulation Engineer at Poppe + Potthoff GmbH since April 2021, previously serving as a Development Engineer in CFD/FEM Simulation. Prior to this role, Hassan gained experience as a Simulation Engineer at Water & Wastewater Company of Mashhad, focusing on seismic analysis of water storage concrete tanks, and at Niroo Research Institute, where design and finite element analysis of wind turbine components was conducted. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, along with a Master's degree from Amirkabir University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Hassan also enhanced expertise through a visiting scholar position in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.
