Griffin Gilmore

Griffin Gilmore currently serves as the Director of Business Intelligence and Director of Demand Planning at poppi since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Stone Brewing from September 2018 to December 2022, where Griffin held positions as Demand Planning Manager, Demand Planner, and Production Scheduler, leading initiatives in statistical forecasting, S&OP processes, and production scheduling. Prior to Stone Brewing, Griffin worked at Green Flash Brewing Co. between May 2015 and September 2018, progressing from Junior Buyer/Planner to Buyer/Planner, with a focus on revenue forecasting and inventory management. Griffin began the professional journey as a Business Analyst and Logistics Coordinator, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
