Katie Diederich

Katie Diederich is an accomplished sales operations director with extensive experience in commercial planning and execution. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at poppi since September 2024, Katie previously held the role of Director of Commercial Planning & Execution Management at Tropicana Brands Group. Prior to that, Katie spent over a decade at FIFCO USA, where career progression included positions such as Director of Sales Operations and Associate Director of Commercial Planning & Execution. Throughout the career, responsibilities encompassed leading annual sales planning, managing budgets, overseeing wholesaler development, and executing chain strategies. Katie holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University at Buffalo.
