Patrick Reekmans

Patrick Reekmans has had a diverse work experience, holding various roles in different companies. Patrick started their career as a Marketing & Sales Manager at Perfetti Van Melle in 1990. Patrick then moved on to roles such as Director at Riedel Drankenindustrie, Managing Director at Friesche Vlag, and Managing Director at FrieslandCampina Benelux. Patrick also served as the General Manager at Zuivelhoeve and Managing Director of the dairy division at Royal A-ware. Currently, they are the CEO at Poppies International NV and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at VEOS.

Patrick Reekmans attended the University of Leuven Belgium from 1981 to 1982, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Economics. Prior to that, they studied at UHasselt from 1977 to 1981 and earned a Licentiaat Handels- en Consulaire Wetenschappen degree in Applied Economics. In 2006, they completed a program in Mergers & Acquisitions at the London Business School. In the same year, they also participated in a Senior Executive Program at the London Business School. Additionally, in 2011, they completed an Executive Company Leadership Program at IMD.
