Kelsey Castañon

Kelsey Castañon has had a diverse range of roles in the beauty industry. Kelsey started their career as a Freelance Writer for K-Stater Magazine in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Kelsey then joined Allure Magazine as a Contributing Special Projects Assistant for six months in 2013. In the same year, they also began working at Meredith Corporation as an Assistant Beauty Editor, a role they held until 2016. In 2016, they became a Beauty Editor at Seventeen Magazine for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Refinery29, Inc. as a Beauty Editor and later advanced to the role of Senior Beauty Writer. Their most recent roles include Senior Beauty Editor at POPSUGAR, where they worked from 2018 until 2020, and their current position as Beauty Director since July 2020.

Kelsey Castañon has pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communications with an emphasis in print journalism at Kansas State University.
