Pete Dolan

Pete Dolan, SHRM-SCP, served as the US General Manager – Head of People & Business Ops for Lightricks from March 2022 to May 2024, leading internal operations with a focus on people operations, HR, internal communications, and post-acquisition integration. Notable accomplishments include the successful integration of company cultures, the establishment of a quarterly team summit program, and the development of a talent acquisition and retention plan that improved employee tenure. Prior to Lightricks, Pete was Vice President of Operations and a Board member at Popular Pays, where Pete contributed to significant revenue growth and led product initiatives, and served in various roles in business development and sales at other companies. Pete holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and has experience in executive search processes and community engagement.
