Tara Mccready

Tara McCready is an experienced professional in the field of healthcare and research, currently serving as Program Director at the Population Health Research Institute since October 2008. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Executive Director of the Maternal, Infant, Child and Youth Research Network and Operations Director for the Clinical Islet Transplant Program at the Department of Pediatrics, University of Alberta from December 2001 to August 2008. Earlier career experience includes serving as Project Manager at the Institute for Biomolecular Design, University of Alberta from 1999 to 2001. Tara McCready holds an MBA in Technology Commercialization and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Alberta, as well as a BSc in Biochemistry and Biology from the University of Guelph.
