Rachel Yavinsky

Rachel Yavinsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy advisory roles and research application within the public health sector. As a Senior Policy Advisor at the Population Reference Bureau since August 2019, Rachel also leads the Knowledge Management and Research Application Team at Breakthrough RESEARCH. Previous positions include serving as an Independent Consultant, Program Specialist for the US Department of Health and Human Services, and various roles at Save the Children US and the Population Reference Bureau. Rachel's early career includes significant contributions as a Professional Staff Member for the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee. Rachel holds a Master of Health Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
