Stacy Belney

Stacy Belney is an experienced professional with a robust background in program finance and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Program Finance and Operations Manager at the Population Reference Bureau since March 2020. Prior to this role, Stacy held positions including Project Manager at DAI and Program Manager for Latin America at Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. Experience in program development includes serving as Program Officer for the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative and a Program Assistant at Florida State University in Panama. Additional experience includes roles as a STRAT Recruiter and Municipal Development Advisor with the Peace Corps, as well as working with the International Resources Group as Assistance Coordinator for the USAID/PPL Program Cycle Service Center.
