KOUKEM Hervé Maclain has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. KOUKEM is currently the Human Resources Director at Population Services International since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Human Resources Director at CAMES Sarl from July 2019 to February 2022. KOUKEM also worked as the Country Manager at Maclain & Associés from August 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they were the HR Director at Afriland First Bank from July 2015 to July 2018. KOUKEM also held the position of Talent Manager West & Central Africa at Diageo from January 2014 to July 2015. KOUKEM Hervé Maclain began their career as a Superviseur Performance, Développement & Conseil RH at KPMG Africa from December 2011 to November 2013. KOUKEM also worked as the Head of HR Department at Afriland First Bank from January 2009 to December 2011. Additionally, they gained experience as a Senior HR consultant at CAMPOST in collaboration with Tecsult CANADA in 2008. KOUKEM served as the Head of HR, Legal, and General Affairs at NOSA from August 2005 to January 2008. KOUKEM Hervé Maclain completed their Maîtrise degree in Droit et Carrières Judiciaires at Université de Dschang, with an end year of 2003. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at ESSEC Business School. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they attended HEC Paris, where they obtained a Diplôme in Business and Corporate Strategy as well as a degree in Business with a focus on Strategie.
