Vivian Odero

Vivian Odero currently serves as a Board Member for the International NGO Safety & Security Association (INSSA) since September 2023 and holds the position of Global Security Manager at Population Services International since May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Deputy Regional Security Manager for East, Central & Southern Africa at CARE from February 2021 to May 2022, and as Country Security Manager at World Vision from October 2015 to September 2020. Vivian Odero's military background includes a tenure as a Lieutenant with the Kenya Defense Forces from October 2009 to September 2015. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Relations & Diplomacy from Kenyatta University, expected in November 2024, a Certificate in Linguistics from Alliance française de Toulouse, and a Bachelor's degree in Military Science and Operational Studies from Egerton University.
