Emily Stafford is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software and customer success. Currently serving at poq since October 2021, Emily plays a key role in enabling retailers to develop customized native apps that enhance brand engagement and customer loyalty. Prior experience includes Project Manager positions at Ensemble Systems and FICO®, as well as a Customer Success Manager role at Gentrack Ltd (Global). Emily began the career as a Project Manager at VoiceSage and held the position of Head of Senior Appointments Recruitment at Consult Solutions.
