Jana Strickland currently serves as a Principal Recruiter at Porch Group since December 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to address hiring needs and cultivating a proactive talent pipeline. With experience in event planning since January 2018 through Acts of Service, Jana excels in creating memorable parties and holiday decorations. Previous recruitment roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant positions at AMS and Acoustic, as well as a Recruiting Team Lead at N3, which specializes in outsourced Inside Sales.
