BJ Kendall has a diverse work experience spanning several companies.
In 2008, they started their career at UPS Supply Chain Solutions as a Support Associate in the Cargo Claims Group. BJ later became an Analyst in the same group in 2009 and was promoted to a Supervisor role in 2011. During this time, BJ gained valuable knowledge in cargo claims operations and developed skills in customer service, data entry, and financial reporting.
In 2014, BJ transitioned to UPS Capital, where they held various senior managerial positions. BJ served as a Supervisor in the Customer Relationship Group from 2014 to 2016, followed by a role as a Senior Manager in the same group from 2016 to 2018. BJ then took on the role of Senior Manager, Customer Experience, where they played a significant role in leading the transformation of UPS Capital's customer experience. BJ implemented and developed the Net Promoter System and served as the Product Owner for two major customer experience programs.
Most recently, BJ joined Porex in 2021, where they currently hold the position of Global Director of Customer Experience. Prior to this, they served as the Director of SIOP & SOE since May 2022.
Throughout their career, BJ has gained extensive experience in customer experience management, process improvement, and team leadership.
BJ Kendall completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University Harbert College of Business, attending from 2004 to 2008.
