Mark Hileman

Mark Hileman has a diverse work experience in the field of quality engineering and management. Mark has worked in various companies such as Porex, BD, Dentsply International, NP Medical, Philips/Respironics, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, C.R. Bard, and Baxter Healthcare Corporation.

At Porex, Mark served as a Senior Quality Engineer, leading a team of technicians and ensuring compliance with quality systems. Mark was responsible for FDA inspections, customer quality audits, and managing various quality assurance operations.

In their role at BD, Mark was a Plant Quality Manager and Principal Supplier Quality Engineer. Mark supervised a team and ensured compliance with quality systems. Mark also performed supplier audits, managed corrective actions, and wrote inspection procedures and validations.

During their tenure at Dentsply International, Mark worked as a Quality Engineer and managed quality activities.

Mark Hileman holds a Masters of Science degree in Quality Assurance from Kennesaw State University, which they obtained between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University from 1980 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, Mark has obtained several certifications. Mark obtained their Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from ASQ in October 2003. In June 1993, they obtained their Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, along with a Quality Auditor certification from ASQ.
