Scott Cooper

Scott Cooper has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the beverage industry. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Beverages at Porifera since December 2022. Previously, they held multiple positions at truss beverage co., including Board Member, President & Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board from 2018 to 2021. Scott also served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of HEXO Corp from October 2021 to April 2022.

Before these roles, Scott Cooper worked at Molson Coors for over a decade, where they held several senior positions such as Chief Innovation Officer, Global; Chief Commercial Officer, Canada; Chief Strategy and Business Transformation Officer, Canada; Chief Sales & Strategy Officer, Canada; SVP & General Manager Western Canada; and VP Marketing. Scott was responsible for leading various teams, managing large budgets, and overseeing P&L accountability for multi-billion dollar businesses.

Prior to their tenure at Molson Coors, Scott Cooper worked at Sobeys as the VP of Marketing & Innovation from 2006 to 2008. Scott was responsible for building customer loyalty and managing national brands. Scott also gained valuable experience at Unilever Canada as a Marketing Director and at Cadbury plc. as a Senior Category Manager (Sales).

Scott Cooper started their career at Cott Beverages as a Product Manager, focusing on Iced Tea, Fruit Drinks, and Bottled Water in North America. Scott also worked at SC Johnson as an ABM (Assistant Brand Manager).
