Radika Obeyesekere

Radika Obeyesekere has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Radika is currently the Director of Investment Promotions and Marketing at Port City Colombo since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Sri Lanka Institute of Directors from March 2020 to November 2022. Radika also worked as the Director of Marketing at Dipped Products PLC from November 2017 to August 2019.

In addition to their corporate roles, Radika has held positions in various organizations, including Executive Director at The American Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka from December 2013 to November 2017, and Regional Vice Chair for South & Central Asia at APCAC Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce from March 2015 to April 2017.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Private Sector Development Analyst at the Asian Development Bank from January 2013 to January 2014, Legal Assistant at Julius & Creasy from 2011 to December 2012, and Asst. Legal Advisor at LegalBase (Pvt) Ltd from 2010 to 2011. Radika also served as the Manager of Marketing at Codegen from 2009 to 2010.

Radika Obeyesekere pursued their education in a chronological order. In the years 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of London, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, specializing in Law. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they enrolled at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, acquiring a Professional Diploma in Marketing. Finishing their early education, Radika eventually attended Sri Lanka Law College with no specified start or end date to earn their degree as an Attorney-at-Law, focusing on Law studies.
