Matthew Crittenden

Matthew Crittenden possesses extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Lifeboat Operations Manager and Station Manager at RNLI since July 2014, Matthew has demonstrated commitment to maritime safety. In addition, Matthew has been a Volunteer Coordinator at Carers Support since December 2016 and previously held the role of Volunteer Coordinator at Healthwatch Kent from November 2018 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Education Officer Animal Keeper at Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve & Howletts Wild Animal Park, Lead Youth Worker at CXK Limited, and involvement in historical properties with Historic England. Matthew also briefly served as a Press Officer and crew member with RNLI in August 2009.
