Chris E Gilmore, PE, PMP is currently the Director of Engineering at the Port of New Orleans. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Senior Project Manager at the US Army Corps of Engineers for over 25 years. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
