Jan Egbertsen

Jan Egbertsen has extensive experience in business development and innovation, currently serving as Manager Innovation and Business Development Manager at the Port of Amsterdam since 1994, focusing on projects related to the biobased economy, circular economy, and sustainable energy. Prior to this, Jan worked as a senior advisor and consultant in business strategy at KBS Consultancy from July 1991 to July 1994, and held the position of Manager Organization and Group Development at AkzoNobel from 1987 to 1991. Jan holds a Master's degree in Business and Engineering from the University of Twente, obtained in 1987, and completed VWO at Erasmus Lyceum Almelo.
