Tjitse Boetje Ra

Tjitse Boetje RA has extensive work experience, beginning in 2008 with BDO Nederland as an Assistent-accountant in Audit & Assurance. They worked their way up to the role of Junior Manager and then Manager in Audit & Assurance, where they were responsible for tasks such as risk analysis, team management, and client communication. In 2016, they joined Port of Amsterdam as a Financial Controller, focusing on financial reporting, process improvement, and IT application implementation. Alongside their main role, Tjitse also served as a Treasurer for Stichting Velserhooft, where they handled the administration and daily management of a property with 125 tenants.

Tjitse Boetje RA has a solid educational background in the field of accounting and finance. Tjitse completed their Bachelor's degree in Management, Economie & Recht from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in the year 2005. Tjitse then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting & Control from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2005 and 2007. Tjitse continued their academic journey at VU Amsterdam, where they completed a post-master's program in Accountancy from 2008 to 2011.
