Caryn Anderson is an experienced executive with a robust background in infrastructure, port management, and environmental consulting. Currently serving on the Board of Governors and the Infrastructure Committee at Braemar College since June 2022, Caryn is a member of the Infrastructure, Industrial and Logistics Committee for the Property Council of Australia and holds board positions at the Australasian Railway Association. As the Executive General Manager at the Port of Melbourne since November 2016, Caryn oversees growth strategies and essential functions for the port, which is Australia's largest container port. Formerly, Caryn was responsible for various executive roles at the Port of Melbourne Corporation and served as the Interim CEO. Education includes an MBA from La Trobe University, a Master of Law from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Biology and Environmental Management from James Cook University.
