Nicole Campbell, CDP®, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicole started their career in 1996 as a Studio Assistant Manager and Financier at Dead Aunt Thelma's Studio, where they managed creative business operations and marketing for a corporate recording studio. During their time there, they also acted as the sole event coordinator for over 100 events.

In 2004, Nicole joined Oregon Catholic Press as a Project Manager, where they managed and developed a large-scale digital distribution system for the world's largest international music publishing company. Nicole implemented data mining techniques to establish and maintain a digital music catalog.

From 2010 to 2012, Nicole worked at Sterling Talent, Inc. as a Contract Administrator and Associate Agent. Nicole was responsible for the administration, sale, and management of talent contracts, as well as coordinating music for multiple events per week.

Nicole has also worked as a Producer, Event Coordinator, Agent, and Artist at Wrought Iron Entertainment since 1997. In this role, they have been involved in music and multimedia production, coordination, booking, recording, and performance, including the production of six full-length recordings.

As a self-employed Singer, Songwriter, Independent Artist, and Record Label Owner since 1987, Nicole has marketed and coordinated professional music performances for over 30 years. Nicole has organized hundreds of events and has been responsible for all marketing, advertising, web content development, social media promotion, and customer communication.

Currently, Nicole is employed at the Port of Portland, where they have held various roles since 2012. Nicole started as a Contracts Administrator, managing nearly 500 commercial real estate and service contracts. Nicole redesigned the Port's credit card processing and payment system, resulting in increased customer usability and flexibility. Nicole then transitioned to roles as an Environmental Ops Contracts Administrator, Budget Analyst, and DEI Departmental Lead, responsible for administering contracts, budget analysis, and the Environmental Management System.

Nicole Campbell, CDP®, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Arts Administration from Willamette University. Nicole also attended Blue Mountain Community College, although their degree and field of study are not specified. In addition to their educational background, Nicole has obtained the Certified Diversity Professional® (CDP) certification from the Institute for Diversity Certification in January 2023.
