Lise Harwin Apr

Lise Harwin, APR has over 20 years of experience in communications and public relations. Lise most recently worked as the Employee Communications Manager at the Port of Portland, where they developed strategies for communicating the organization's brand and managed content for various communication channels. Prior to that, they were the Director of Public Relations at Lewis and Clark College, where they oversaw all public relations efforts and developed strategies to maintain the college's reputation. Lise also served as the Communications Director at the American Red Cross, where they provided counsel to executives, managed communications efforts, and built strategic community partnerships. Before that, they worked as a Public Relations Specialist at Legacy Health and as a Public Information Officer at the City of San Antonio. Throughout their career, Lise has served as a primary spokesperson, developed and implemented communication plans, and built and maintained media relationships. Lise has also managed budgets and produced various marketing materials.

Lise Harwin, APR has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Literature & Creative Writing from the University of Michigan. Lise also has studied Journalism: Strategic Communication at the University of Oregon and Community Development at Portland State University.
