Casper van Wijk

Casper van Wijk is a Cloud Architect at the Port of Rotterdam since September 2016, specializing in the Cloud Center of Excellence and possessing a strong interest in autonomous shipping, digital innovation, and IT infrastructure. Previous roles include Cloud Consultant, Cloud Engineer, Project Manager for IT Infrastructure, and Trainee IT. Prior experience at KPMG Nederland from February 2014 to August 2016 involved advising clients on the Internet of Things, cloud, and IT infrastructure, alongside facilitating ideation workshops. Casper also worked on a master thesis in collaboration with KPMG and Erasmus University, and led projects as an intern in the Extreme Digital team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Additionally, Casper has diverse teaching and leadership experience in both music education and academic settings.
