Erik van Meijgaarden

Erik van Meijgaarden is an experienced HR Analytics specialist currently employed at the Port of Rotterdam since October 2021. Prior to this role, Erik held various positions at Capgemini Consulting from May 2004 to October 2021, focusing on HR strategy, policy and process development, as well as HR information management as a Management Consultant for Digital HR and HR Transformation. Earlier in Erik's career, positions included Senior Consultant at Inter Access, Application Specialist for SAP HCM at the Ministerie van Justitie, and Information Consultant at the Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA). Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Maritime Management & Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed advanced studies in Strategic Personnel Management.
