Gert-Jan Goumans

Gert-Jan Goumans has extensive experience in legal and contractual management, currently serving as Manager Port Planning and Manager Contracts at Port of Rotterdam since September 2010. Responsibilities include managing contracts for truck and trailer parking, negotiating price revisions with major clients, and overseeing legal dossiers. Previous roles include Process Leader in Legal Management and Legal Employee at ProRail, where Gert-Jan managed complex legal files and advised management on legal matters. Additional experience includes positions at IFN finance, UWV, and Vos & De Lange Advocaten. Gert-Jan holds a Master's degree in Dutch Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed VWO at Farel College.
