Kirsten Southey

Kirsten Southey is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Director's Project Manager at the Port of San Francisco since October 2016, where assignments are executed to align with the Port's mission. Prior to this role, Kirsten held several positions within the City and County of San Francisco, including Special Projects, Executive Communications & Internal Engagement Manager, and Deputy Communications Director at the San Francisco Mayor's Office. Additional experience includes working as the Communications and Marketing Lead for the Bay Area Women's Summit and as a Confidential Assistant to the Chief of Staff in the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services. Kirsten Southey holds a Bachelor’s Degree from San Francisco State University.
