Oscar Segura

Oscar Segura is an experienced Information Security professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Sr. InfoSec Engineer / Analyst at the Port of Seattle since December 2017, Oscar has held several key roles in various organizations including the Washington State Department of Health, where the position of Senior Security Analyst was held from July 2016 to December 2017. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Information Security Analyst at the Washington State Department of Licensing, and as a Security Specialist and Security Engineer at Washington Technology Solutions and the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services. Oscar began the career as an Application Testing and Support Specialist at the Washington State Department of Health from 2006 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Information System Security from ITT Technical Institute and an Associate's Degree in Networking from the University of Phoenix.
