Trisha Perez has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Trisha is currently a Manager, Human Resources at Port of Tacoma, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the same company from 2016 to 2021.

Trisha Perez, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications, which they obtained from Midland University from 1994 to 1998. Trisha further enhanced their education by obtaining certifications in HR-related fields. In December 2010, they earned the certification of Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, in January 2016, Trisha completed the SHRM-CP certification program offered by the Society for Human Resource Management.
