Kate Maslak

Kate Maslak has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kate is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Port of Tyne since 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Transformation Director and Consultant at a confidential organization from 2023 to 2024. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Senior Director of Program Delivery & Transformation at Inmarsat, where they led a large team in driving business-wide delivery and executing roadmap projects. Before that, they worked as an Aviation Commercial Transformation Consultant at a confidential company from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2021, Kate held several roles at MAG (Airports Group), including Head of Commercial Transformation and Head of Commercial, where they led the development and delivery of commercial elements for a major infrastructure program and managed the largest non-aero revenue stream in the group. Additionally, they served as the Head of Group Strategy (Physical & Digital) at MAG (Airports Group) from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Tesco from 2008 to 2016, where they held various roles such as Head of Change & Business Development and Head of Stores Change, among others. Kate started their career as a Business Development Manager at Barclaycard from 2005 to 2008.

Kate Maslak received their BA (Hons) in History from The University of Huddersfield between 2002 and 2005.
