Mark Newell

Mark Newell is an accomplished Project Delivery Manager at the Port of Vancouver USA since 2011, where leadership of the Project Management Delivery team and execution of capital projects, particularly the multiphase Terminal 1 Dock Replacement project, are primary responsibilities. Previously, as a Construction Project Manager, Mark oversaw over $60 million in capital projects, including rail and industrial infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Control Manager for Kiewit on the Dalles Dam Spillwall project and as Project Engineer for the Folsom Dam Bridge project. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, both from Oregon State University.
