Nathan Shiflett

Nathan Shiflett serves as the Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent at Port Townsend Paper Corporation, overseeing a team of 20 maintenance electricians, instrument technicians, and supervisors, while maintaining a Kraft paper mill with historical equipment. Previously, Nathan Shiflett held multiple leadership roles in the US Navy, including Commanding Officer at NOSC Green Bay and NOSC Milwaukee, where direction was provided for hundreds of personnel to ensure mobilization readiness. Nathan Shiflett's extensive naval experience also includes roles such as Director for Submarine Reserve Force Protection and Expeditionary Maintenance and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, focusing on submarine training and global missions. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
