David Scrobonia

David Scrobonia has a diverse work experience in technology and security. David is currently a Cofounder and CTO at Portal Labs, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at boostsecurity.io from June 2020 to January 2022.

David also has experience at Segment where they worked as a Senior Security Engineer from August 2017 to May 2020, and in a security role from 2017 to 2019.

Before that, David gained valuable experience as a Cyber Warfare Intern at Raytheon in 2015. David also worked as a Web Application Security Intern at MINDBODY, Inc. from June 2014 to May 2015, where they actively contributed to the discovery and patching of security vulnerabilities.

David's early professional experience includes a Network Security Internship at SPARTA in 2013, and a role as a Mobile Development Consultant at HuSmith Inc from December 2011 to June 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Quality Engineer Consultant at General Dynamics OTS from June 2012 to August 2012.

David Scrobonia attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2011 to 2016, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science.
