Arjun Sree Manoj has a broad range of experience in the biomedical engineering field. Starting in 2017, they served as a Physician Assistant at Doctors Hospital, shadowing an orthopedic surgeon for 50 hours over the summer between freshman and sophomore year at Tulane University. In 2018, they became an Undergraduate Researcher in Computational Studies on Cancer Cell Mechanotypes in Dr. Khismatullin's Biomedical Engineering Lab at Tulane University. In 2019, they were an Intern at Innovation Ochsner (iO) - Biomedical Engineering. In 2020, they were a Graduate Teaching Research Assistant at Cornell University, where they mentored students taking the Biomedical Engineering Analysis of Metabolic and Structural Systems course, facilitated professor-student interaction, and organized extra sessions to supplement lecture. Arjun also wrote and conducted a lab developing a model of the trachea using ANSYS. Finally, in 2021, they were a Senior Bio-Medical Engineer and a Bio-Medical Engineer at Portal Instruments.
Arjun Sree Manoj has a comprehensive education history. Arjun completed a Bachelor of Science and Engineering - BSE with Honors in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science from Tulane University in 2020. Arjun then pursued a Master of Engineering - MEng in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Cornell University and is expected to graduate in 2021. Prior to that, they attended American School Foundation of Monterrey and completed their high school education in 2016.
