Ian Vorbach

Ian Vorbach is currently the President of the Alumni Association for the Aeronautics and Astronautics Department at Stanford University. Ian is also the Co-Founder and COO of Portal Space Systems, as well as the Founder and Writer of SpaceDotBiz, a newsletter focusing on startups in the space industry. With a background in aerospace and engineering, Ian has experience in various roles such as Senior Manager of Special Projects at Interstellar Technologies and Propulsion Engineering Intern at Stratolaunch. Ian holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Stanford University. Ian also has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Yale University.
